Shipping Policy
At Pullyon, your satisfaction is always our top priority. We strive to bring you the smoothest and most enjoyable nail care experience right from the comfort of your home.


Shipping Location
Currently, we only ship within China.
Please note: Alaska, Hawaii, Venezuela, Guam, Brazil, Cuba, Russia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not within our current shipping range.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are actively exploring ways to expand our shipping services in the future.


Shipping Fees
Americas: 2-in-1 Grinding & Dust Collection Machine – Flat rate of 90 USD; Grinding Machine Only – Flat rate of 60 USD.
Europe: 2-in-1 Grinding & Dust Collection Machine – Flat rate of 70 USD; Grinding Machine Only – Flat rate of 50 USD.
Asia: 2-in-1 Grinding & Dust Collection Machine – Flat rate of 65 USD; Grinding Machine Only – Flat rate of 50 USD.


Processing Time
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. We aim to process and dispatch in-stock items within 24 working hours.
In rare cases, processing time may take up to 4 working days.


Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 8-15 working days.
If you order more than one item, we may ship them in multiple packages from different warehouses. These packages may not arrive on the same day, so please be patient as all packages will arrive within the next few days.


Non-Acceptable Addresses
We cannot currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address during checkout.


Changing Shipping Address
We recommend carefully verifying your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at pyong689@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which will also be displayed in your account.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Occasionally, couriers may mark a package as “Delivered” while it is still in transit. Most such packages will be delivered within two working days.
If your package has not arrived within the specified time and you have checked around your property, please contact our customer service team at pyong689@gmail.com, and we will assist you wholeheartedly.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package on our website or the designated carrier’s website.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We understand plans can change. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the change directly.


What if my package is lost or damaged during transit?
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at pyong689@gmail.com. We will launch an investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


What if the package arrives but there is nothing inside?
Sometimes, we ship from different warehouses based on your shipping address. This means you may receive multiple packages even for the same order. You can send us an email to check if your items are still in transit.
